"Overall, this cottage was wonderfully situated on Lake Simcoe with a multi-level deck including a walkout dock. Additionally, the view and sunsets were amazing. There are a few items that do need to be addressed since they were advertised as functional prior to arrival:- Some dining chairs broken- Not enough dishes, cups, mugs- No measuring cups- Oven not working (was being repaired when we left).- Unusable frying pans- Outdoor perimeter of house needs a thorough cleaning, inlcuding BBQ. - Most jets in hot tub do not work. - most beds only included a box soring and mattress topper; need to upgrade to full mattressesThe only other point of concern is the CN train that runs several times per day and overnight, and is situated about 50 ft from the front door. It can be interferent at first, but I'm guessing most people who live in the neighbourhood get used to it. Despite the need for these improvements, we had a wonderful and fun time at this cottage and would recommend itnonce the above-mentioned issues are resolved."

Shower head needs some attention as it was clogged and could only have it on hard pulsating water out of the middle of shower head. Would not work in any other setting. The only other issue was that there was a hole around air conditioner that had just been stuffed with a shirt but you could see straight outside of unit.beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. We would stay there again... maybe management will put some money into units to correct the 2 small issues."
