Property is nice and clean with lovely bedrooms. The only downside is limited breakfast options especially if you have any dietary requirements such as vegan/gluten free etc. This hotel only recently opened so it may change in the future. you also get a fridge/microwave in your room, so bringing your own food is possible. Local supermarkets and restaurants also offer a vareity of foods, so it was workable.

Here’s a cleaner, casual version: ⸻ The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned—there was mucus on the shower door. The sheets had several stains. It was very noisy, with people hanging around the hallway and others arguing from the neighbouring room, making it hard to relax up until 1:00am. Also, only two towels were provided for four guests… THIS IS YOUR WARNING

Adequate place to stay

The rooms are clean & comfortable. Unfortunately the refrigerator has a hum and the heating/AC is quite loud. Walls are thin, but most hotels are.

What a great hotel! It looks to be newly refurbished. The bathroom had a terrific shower, and excellent lighting for the makeup mirror. The room temperature control actually worked, easily and the first time. The breakfast was a bit sparse, but that’s because the breakfast room was full of Hero Hydro Workers, and I was more than happy to share the meal with them. We came to Newmarket for a hospital appointment, and the location was extremely convenient for that. A great place to stay!
