The apartment was clean. It had all the things you would expect in any one BR apartment in the US. The dining options were good. It was a quite area.

Very functional for a business traveler. Comfortable desk nook near windows with a view. Great pool and gym. Easy access to restaurants in Ayala North or Greenbelt Malls, via elevated walkway. Nearby grocery store when we wanted to cook in. In-room washer and dryer meant we didn’t overpack. Taxis readily available with Grab app, but meetings in Makati financial district were oftentimes a walkable distance.

Great place and location, if you are a smoker then there are minimal areas for smokers and what areas they have are small and inconvenient, better designated areas with better amenities would be better.

Comfortable & great stay
Great location and accommodation! The hotel team is friendly and speaks good English. The room is spacious and comes with amenities such as purified drinking water, quality in-room slippers, bathrodes and iron & iron board. There are 3 international and 4 local power points. Love the bathroom, just the way I like it! The breakfast at Level 35 not only has a good spread but also a good rooftop view. Highly recommended!

Sepa Makati is a perfect place to stay in you have business in central Makati. It's next door to the Makati Medical Center. The hotel is oriented toward customers who stay for long periods, but my wife and I just stayed one night in November 2023 and found everything to our liking.

The property was very clean, was in a good location and had many great amenities. Breakfast options were good as well! The only thing I would suggest is to have better signs for parking as we had to circle the block twice to find it even with Waze directing us. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend Seda Residences in Makati!

My first choice for Manila Hotel
This place pays attention to detail. We had a 1br Premium suite, nice views, quiet, clean, good air con, functional kitchen, comfortable bed and sofas. The windows open a little bit, enough to allow some fresh air in; to me an important thing. The bathroom is well appointed with a soaker tub, washer and dryer, good toiletries; the scale in the bathroom is nice addition. The breakfast buffet each morning is high quality food with much selection, healthy options; plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, juices, coffee bar, egg station, all you would expect plus Filipino specialities. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff are all great at every level; make sure to tip them as they deserve it. The gym is clean, a place we used each day. Pool is clean and relaxing.
