We had a great time staying at Luxent. The pool was nice and there’s a lot of places to go around the area. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful and attentive. We’ll book again for sure!

Christmas Eve at Luxent
Spent an overnight stay on Christmas Eve with my son (autistic PWD). Room was homey and comfortable, toilet & shower area was more spacious than other hotels I’ve been to. Check in was smooth, staff were helpful and considerate. Nice rooftop pool and cabanas. Only things to improve based on my experience are: our food order at the rooftop bar-resto took more than an hour to arrive; room service breakfast pancake was not too fluffy.

空港への送迎日時を変更し、何度も確認したが最終的に予約なし、手配可能ドライバーなしと告げられて大揉めになった。最終的にホテル側のミスとなり空港にも行けたが日曜日だったのでスムースだったが平日では帰国便に間に合わなかった可能性も十分にあった。

the hotel rooms need thorough cleaning. Carpet are so dirty, there's lot of stain even on furniture. I don't see it being vacuum. The housekeeping is so late to clean up the room eventhough you put a sign outside the door. You would expect the room to be cleaned when you come back. I upgraded to a premium room to be the same floor with my family but boy there's cockroaches coming out of the bathroom and closet. The shower floor water is not draining properly. ask Housekeeping to take a look but still same issue. The last night was the worst I have to change room as cockroaches keep coming out even though the houskeeping did the bug spray. The hotel managemnt should hire more houskeeping staff to keep up with the demands of the guests. The only good side is most staff are friendly and helpful.

I have stayed happily at the Luxent many times pre-pandemic, however this time after a late flight to be ignored at check in for over 15 minutes, finding condoms under the bed, hearing screams all night from outside despite being on the 10th floor, am very disappointed in the whole experience.
