Unfortunately the wifi service was poor and barely able to use it at all in our rooms. Breakfast buffet truly needs much improvement. Dismal offering and needs to expand the variety of food Westerners and Asians are accustomed to have. "

"Seamless checking in and out. Clean rooms and beddings. Mall is linked to the hotel, which is its main attraction. For improvement, the Lobby can add more feature because at the moment it is bare. It just doesn't do justice to what's inside. Although quilt cover is clean, I can tell that the inside layer is old and grey, and balling in some areas (shine it through the light). This is case in some hotels, big names too. Staff needs to be trained to tell if pillows or quilts need to be replaced....

"room was spacious. small cockroaches in the room. you only get coffee the 1st day. we stayed 5 night and when we renewed 1 night and requested coffee, they had to call the owner to authorize it. Location is good. people next door leave doors open while cooking."

"Sad that you can hear the noises in the hallway. Other guests passing by and even staff upshing their trolleys. Sound proofing not so good. Other than that, stay was perfect."
