Feeling at home away from home!
I like the place, like I am in my own home, withe basic things I need: bed to sleep, bathroom to clean myself, the comfort of the air-conditioned room, living room to entertain friends and relatives while staying here, and the kitchen (with small refrigerator, water heater, oven toaster) to enjoy the food I bought and later warmed. I just wish there's a microwave too. But overall, it was convenient for me to have a place to stay like my own home, where I can relax after a day's work., at a reasonable price. Hoping you will maintain this kind of pricing that we will continue to come back here instead of hotels or inns. Thank you!

Very disappointed & depressing room. No elevator .
Not good very dissapointed, ref. not cold enough ,filthy Curtain & dusty walls disgusting floor full of black spots Neighbor noisy in the morning unfriendly front desk man depressing room. Toilet tank water doesn’t plush good.

worse place to stay
Bad service no body clean the room for 5 days of my stay. Front desk told me no housekeeping also during weekends no soap no clean towels and the sink in the bathroom is broken also the shower I already reported to the front desk but they didn’t do any action about the complain it’s worse service.

My stay was nice, the staff was very helpful, Zen room is in a great location, secrity on duty 24/7, nicely safe...the cleaning people can be more friendly, just because some are foreigners, do not mean u can't smile, I tips sometime just for a smile, hint-hint...

Though I had a kitchenette
I booked Zen rooms for its apartment style you know kitchen, living and bedroom! But was disappointed because I'm a vegetarian so the necessity to cook is great and they only offered in the kitchen dishes, a little oven and a hot water pot! No pots or pans and not even a cooktop!!! I had to buy all that just to leave it really disappointed!!!!! How are you going to have dishes with no way to cook. Also it was old and in need of updating but livable won't book there again

Large room and plenty of furniture.
Large room with separate bedroom. Has good WiFi, only TV plus, hot shower, if you turn on heater switch. Plenty of furniture and with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. A bit old but almost art deco style. Within walking distance to MRT station Gilmore and shops. Nice upmarket area but no nightlife.

Home Away From Home
Needed a "home away from home" for a few days stay in the Manila area to get several things taken care of. I enjoy the apartment lodgings so much better than the hotel setting. Comfortable and convenient. Thank you.

This is an apartelle not a hotel so there's a difference in accomodations. Walking distance to malls, groceries, banks and very convenient transpo. For my purposes this was a perfect location. Place is safe and staff is excellent. Will check-in again on my next trip.

Peace and Quiet
We found the place to be quiet, peaceful and is centrally located near shopping centers and the church. The room was not really great but well kept and clean. Price was good for our budget. We found it comfortable. No hassle in parking.

Just Needs Some Upgrades....
I was met at NAIA-3 by the shuttle driver, who brought my fiancee per prior arrangement. He was very efficient in his timing for both directions of travel. He even agreed with my fiancee to drop her off at her apartment in Quezon City after dropping me off at NAIA-3 for departure! The rest of the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful as well!! The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm....but other items begged upgrading. The electric stove top burners were very inefficient for cooking and was not properly grounded, as I got shocked just touching the lid of a pot cooking on the stove. Would also like to see upgrade to the cooking utensils. There was plenty of dishes, coffee cups and silverware for 2 of us, so that worked out nicely. We had a 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th Street side, so it was relatively quiet there. The courtyard was nice and clean, and we enjoyed sitting out at one of the tables there to drink our morning coffee.

The bed are so firm it gave us backaches. Electric outles are very far for us to charge our gadgets like cellphone, laptops... towels are not white ,they're like greyis white. Bedsheets and pillow cases are the same color. The room smell moldy!!

A nice hot shower...
Well I was impressed with the pictures of the room so I had no problem renting it the problem came when I found I could not sleep on the really hard mattress they have and they have no replacements so I found myself sleeping on the couch so if you're like me and like a comfortable night's sleep don't go there

It was impossible to sleep. The hotel is near the main road. Hotel personels are very good.
