What a perfect home from home. Everything was 5 stars +. Couldn’t be any better! Just wow. We used to own resort properties and literally was in awe. Amazing staff too. Happy days in Rome!

The hotel manager lies. They gave away my larger family suite that I had booked months in advance and made us stay in several smaller rooms that were not connected so my kids were spread out throughout the hotel. Took them an hour to get us settled. I would not recommend this hotel. Bathrooms were disgusting and there was mold in the shower. Tv was not working either. To make the tv work, they had to unplug the bar fridge.

Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).
