" Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. Since it was January the area was quiet but appears it would be a less trafficked street even in the more busy summer season. Small open yard out front...

The property was very clean and the host went above and beyond to answer any questions before and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again! It’s in a quieter location far enough away from crowds or noise but still very close and walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and dining! Enjoyed our trip very much! "

"Great property and location one block away from the beach with plenty of bedrooms. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. "
