This house and property for the most part were great. However, the host does not understand that she should not be at the property or in the house while she has paying guests. The host was at the property 13 times in the first 9 days, and almost every visit staying more than an hour and popping back in at will, with no warning, including using the dryer inside the house without even asking. I came into the house from the pool and she was in my kitchen getting stuff out of the dryer in the laundry room. On the ninth day she was at the property 4 separate times for hours! I was fed up and looked up the laws in New Jersey and sent her an email to tell her to stop coming over and explain to her that she is violating my right to quiet enjoyment and privacy at the property. She did stop coming after that, but she continued to have some maintenance work done to the property that was not necessary at that time. Without me going into lots of details, I know it didn’t need to be done at that time. I was the owner for 7 years of a short property that I rented out weekly. After greeting the guests, I was never, not once, on the property during any of my guest’s stays.
