"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"

HEAVENLY VIEWS and PRIVATE POOL!!

"This place is amazing! When it says heavenly views, it’s not messing around, the view from the porch is like nothing I’ve ever seen before! The host was so helpful when it came to planning every aspect of the trip, including transportation, places to go eat, tips and tricks for getting around the island, and other important things to know. I will say you definitely need to be careful with leaving any food or drinks out on the counter because the sugar ants can be a little crazy, so don’t ignore their warnings when it come to those preventative measures! We wanted to be surrounded by nature though so it didn’t bother us too much lol. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need for beach adventures or just hang out by the pool and we struggled to leave the house because it was just so lovely! I would definitely recommend staying at this house and hope to come back and stay here again one day in the future! It was the perfect destination for our honeymoon!!Also, random travel tip. Make sure you get to the STT airport an hour and a half before your takeoff time because we got caught in a pickle when Southwest wouldn’t take our check bags and we had to change flights."

"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"Our stay at the Maho Bay Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of two adults, two children, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of comfortable seating options throughout the house.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having direct beach access through the gate in the backyard was incredible, and the outdoor shower made rinsing off after a day at the beach so easy. Maho Beach was amazing—we saw multiple sea turtles every single day!The kitchen was wonderful and extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made preparing meals at the house easy and enjoyable. The villa’s location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay also made exploring St. John convenient.This was our second trip to St. John, and staying at the Maho Bay Villa made this visit even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return!"

"Amazing property for our multi-generational vacation. The views were spectacular. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the sun, go down. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and were super clean. For those who love A/C, never fear. The A/C worked perfectly in all of the indoor locations. Our kids got a kick out of the very unique shower located off the living room area. They felt like they were showering in a forest. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from crockpot to lemon squeezer. There is a house being built next-door, but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about the home except that there was no air conditioning in the kitchen and main great room. When reading the description before renting I saw that it had air conditioning, but didn’t realize that was true for only the bedrooms. Since our stay was in late July and the temperature outside was very hot and humid, air conditioning became of more importance— especially in the area where you cook and congregate as a family. The beautiful air conditioned bedrooms allowed us to get a good nights sleep. During the day, we spent the majority of our time snorkeling at the various bay and we did enjoy the pool upon our return. But, Early evening was a bit uncomfortable because cooking made the area even warmer"
