"This is a beautiful property with four large, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor showers, a good sized pool (maybe 10x20) and two levels of decks overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped with a Viking stove and two fridges available. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes to cook. Equipped with towels and beach chairs too. Roads are very steep so be prepared! We really enjoyed our week and hope to come back!"

"Just spent 1 week at Waterlemon Villa, 2 adults 2 kids 2 grandparents. Overall we had a very nice stay. The view is phenomenal and the screened porch was so nice to have and a unique feature of this property. The kids enjoyed the pool which is small but pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and we made several dinners at home without any issues. Bedrooms were comfortable with well functioning AC. We liked the outdoor showers. Communication with owners and property managers was good and listing is accurate. Condition of villa I would say is good but mildly worn, about what I would expect at this price. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable and good condition. We had a minor plumbing issue which they offered to have come fixed but I didn't want workers in the house for a day or two while we were there. The stairs are a bit steep, the bunks are upstairs so if you have little kids you'd probably want some kind of baby gate. The main point I would make for those considering is that the drive way is NOT a joke. It requires one very confident driver in your party and as others have noted, a lot of courage the first few times. We did not feel excited about doing this in the dark so we didn't stay out past sunset. I'm sure once you've done it a bunch of times it becomes more 2nd nature but we were just feeling more comfortable by end of week. If you want a glorious view and don't mind an adventurous driveway this is a good value. "

"We had an amazing time at this home - the view and home were spectacular. We appreciated how quiet this side of the island was at night and the quick access to beaches and great restaurants. The road is rugged but a fun part of the experience and yes you will want a Jeep. The host was great and had a lot of tips and suggestions. "

"Two families with 6 total people for a spring break trip. The house is a great layout with 2 separate buildings with bedrooms and one common space with living room and kitchen. The location was perfect with easy access to the North Shore beaches, coral bay and hiking. The views were as described and oictured…stunning. Our disappointments were the lack of A/C and hot tub. While there is a constant breeze and fans available, the humidity and bugs were a constant problem. Be prepared to hear cars on Centerline Road. This was not a big issue but with being on the hill, we weren’t expecting to hear the traffic. Over all the villa was part of a magical week in St John for our crew."

"Alta Vista was wonderful! Elian, property mgr, escorted us to the house after we got off the ferry and grocery shopped at Starfish market. The escort to the house was key as this house is not easy to find. Once there, the view, pool and hot tub are incredible! Great house for 3 couples due to the 3 large private rooms that are all en suite. House is gated so it felt very safe. "
