The kitchen, set for renovation in spring 2025, is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, and the third features a bunk bed. Additionally, there are two renovated bathrooms, one next to the bedrooms with a shower and another on the ground floor terrace. The living room and two bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the bunk bedroom is cooled by a ceiling fan and a curtain that connects it to the adjacent double room. This vacation home is perfectly situated in the picturesque Son Serra de Marina, where the beautiful beach and the village’s scenic coastline are just a short walk away.
