No clear check-in instructions were received, my message to the property prior to arrival was not responded to then, when we did access the property, at first glance, it looked presentable. However, curtains were not hung very well, the toilet seat was broken, toilet roll holder was loose, there were no plugs for the sinks, and the shower was dirty. "It was terrible. Had overlooked there was no aircondition in the room and it was hot and humid. But what made the stay terrible was that there furnace was broken so you could only shower in very cold water."
