VERY nice ambiente. Bathroom not big, but considering the price the size is sufficient. VERY friendly personell who do. what they do with passion. Parking a bit limited. but free. This will be my favorite place to stay in Troyes.

Très satisfaite, malgré un petit souci technique

Nous avons aimé le décor de l'hôtel et de la chambré. La literie est très confortable et la surprise d'avoir un linge de lit différent est très agréable. La mise à disposition de boisson chaud et froid à toute heure de la journée gratuitement est très appréciéable, surtout avec les températures estivales. La situation de l'hôtel a quelques pas de la gare et du centre ville est idéal pour flâner dans la ville. Je tiens aussi à souligner le sens de l'accueil et le professionnalisme des équipes. Ayant rencontré un souci technique dans notre chambre, ils ont été proactive, à l'écoute de nos besoins et souriante. Un geste commercial nous a été proposé de leur propre initiative.

Belle expérience générale, le cadre est agréable, propre, la décoration contemporaine et épurée, le personnel agréable et la literie confortable. En revanche l’offre au petit déjeuner est très limitée et le personnel insuffisant à assurer un service de qualité. La salle de gym est rudimentaire.
