Great place to stopover

Great location for a stopover on route south. Room was spacious & clean, with a comfortable bed. Secure parking, which is always nice & short drive to several shops (including outlets) & restaurants. Will stay again for sure!

Comfortable modern travellers hotel on the outskirts of Troyes. Easy to access, private parking. Breakfast fair. Rooms well sound proofed. 10 mins drive into centre ville. Overall exceeded expectations; we would look at B&B Hotels again in the future.

Poor in terms of information around checking in - we unfortunately arrived late due to traffic but still process as not clear and a real hassle after a long drive! Also hugely disappointing not to have more USB ports in the room - get the sense it was all ont he cheap but the price didn’t match!!

Sauberkeit u. Servicefreundlickkeit der Mitarbeiter sehr gut. Frühstück hervorragend, aber es fehlte noch Obst, Tomaten und Gurken. Keine Kosmetikücher im Bad!! Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen!!

Very comfortable hotel, all is clean and in good condition. Nearby there is a good restaurant and bakery. Also just over the road is the fashion outlet centre

The hotel is clean and in a good location close to the autoroute. However, check in is a nightmare. We stay regularly at B&B in Coquelles; they have staff to check you in, but in Troyes it's self service an not very clever. Thet don't serve wine - unless red is your choice, but even then you can't have a glass - only a bottle. Not even pleasant about it.. Second time here, but it will be the last.

Séjour de 2 nuitées parfait. Appréciables : un personnel et service d'accueil au top, le petit dejeûner complet, le parking sécurisé, l'insonorisation des chambres, la proximité de la zone de magasins outlet.

Bien mais enregistrements de nuit à revoir

Chambre triple propre et spacieuse mais la salle de bain est trop petite, l’eau de la douche mouille la cuvette des WC. L’accueil est fermé pour les enregistrements après 21h. Lors de notre arrivée après 21h, nous n’avons pas pu récupérer le code d’accès de notre chambre car le code de réservation qui nous avait été transmis par email etait erroné. Nous avons du appeler la hotline et attendre 10 minutes pour avoir quelqu'un qui nous donne le bon code de réservation. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon rapport qualité-prix.
