"This place was like a lottery dream home if you love the outdoors. Huge and spacious in every aspect - bedrooms, shared space, bathrooms, MASSIVE deck looking right out at the Kennebeck River, and lots of land to walk around the shore line. It is very much a hunting themed lodge but we were there for rafting, which is about 3 minutes away. Everything was modern and updated and the owner was responsive to all questions. We are planning another trip we were so happy with it."

"Jason and Taffy were so nice and helpful. The suite was cozy and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a lake view. The property was right on the lake and we were able to kayak right from there which was really nice. We were also able to rent an ATV right from Jason and Taffy so we could enjoy the extensive and beautiful trails. Definitely recommend this property!"

"A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit. "Overall this place is excellent. The owners are quick to help you get settled in with a big set of stairs to get to the unit. For us old guys those stairs are work but all else’s was perfect. "

"Our group had a lot of fun at the MLR. The host team is responsive and accommodating. The house clearly gets a lot of use and there's some expected wear (ex: 2 of the door handles on porch doors fell off at first use (a crafty member of our group fixed these) and the oven door doesn't fully close (we were notified of this at check in). But, for what we needed it for it checked every box!"

"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. Horrible experience ever! Would appreciate Hotel.com to link us up with...

"We wanted a few days to disconnect from work and our busy lives, and this cabin was perfect. The hot tub on the deck was so lovely, especially around sunrise and sunset, and the living room was so cozy that each night was pure relaxation."
