"The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable, super quiet, but the a/c was unreliable. The WiFi was terrible =0. The restaurant/bar was very slow, but friendly. The beer in the beer bar was great. The breakfast was friendly and delicious. The grounds are very pretty and location, excellent. Bring your own pillow."

"El hotel está en la mera montaña, dicho esto quiere decir que hay muchas muchas escaleras. Escaleras que están muy empinadas y realmente no tienen pasamanos, hay que ir con mucho cuidado porque un paso en falso y sería lamentable. El hotel tiene dos secciones, la primera secciones es un poco más accesible pero la parte de arriba o llamada barrancas es de muy difícil acceso. Los empleados son súper amables, eso sí, te acercan lo más posible en un vehículo pero aún así hay que subir muchos escalones. Si viajan con alguien con alguna discapacidad o con problemas de movilidad realmente no recomiendo este hotel. Mi habitación estaba en la parte de a mero arriba, la vista desde allá es realmente increíble pues las Barrancas del Cobre quedan exactamente afuera de la habitación. La vista y la experiencia es única, eso sí, si estás dispuesto a caminar hasta allá arriba. El restaurante tiene opciones limitadas de comida pero los alimentos son buenos. Siento que deberían poner un aviso en su información que hay muchas muchas escaleras."

"The placer is small and cozy, very clean, very attractive staff. What I love the most was the location, far from the main street that is very noice all night. We have stayed in the Main Street and we’re not able to sleep all night long. However this place location is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"
