No heat in the middle of winter

They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. It took four trips to the office spread over two hours before they brought a heater. The heater was a propane heater that was almost empty. The instructions said to only use it in a well ventilated area. After about an hour they came and took the propane tank to refill it. While filling it only took about 15 minutes from the propane truck that came to the hotel, they wouldn't let us have the tank back for another hour. Cold temperatures are not unusual in Creel at this time of year. The hotel should provide a safe source of heat for each room. The other hotel we stayed at had a built-in heater in each room. I would not stay here again.

El agua de la regadera no estaba caliente, aun cuando la persona prendio el boiler ademas de que la coladera del baño estaba tapada y tenia una adecuacion y se salia el agua por un hoyo, la persona de la recepcion era amable pero no sabia dar informes de casi nada, nadie se queda en la noche a cuidar solo te dejan un numero pegado en la puerta de la recepcion, la television aparte de que no se veia solo tenia un canal, se que es un hotel de bajo costo pero si ofrece servicios basico que los otorgue con calidad.

Authentic Mexico

The hotel is very rustic but we didn’t exspect a 5 star. We knew we only need a shower and beds. We planned on being on the go most the time we were in Creel. We were nervous when going to sleep with no a/c kinda warm but woke up chilly the temp definitely drops at night! The manager was great for setting up excursions for us....had it all set within 10 mins. of us arriving and telling him what we wanted. If you want plush accommodations this is not the place but if you want to experience authentic Mexico it’s a great place. They are currently remodeling some of the rooms.

Buen dia En la publicacion venian descritos servicios como, (Cabañas,Wifi Y Tv por Cable y servicio de transportacion sin costo) al llegar a Creel tenia el acuerdo de que irian por mi a la terminal de autobuses, les notifique los datos de mi llegada y nadie fue por mi, llegue por mis propios medios, el hotel esta a la orilla del pueblo, tienes que caminar una distancia aprox de 1.2 km hasta el centro de Creel porque no hay nada para comer cerca ahi, ni tampoco ningun medio de transporte, solo del centro hacia el hotel ya que el unico sitio de taxis esta en la plaza principal, asi que si ocupas uno a fuerza tienes que caminar al centro, cuando llegue al hotel ni se disculparon ni nada, me dieron la llave de mi habitacion y al entrar o triste desilucion, es un cuarto comun por lo menos las habitaciones de abajo con baños angostos,agua caliente insuficiente apenas abres la llave y ya se termino,se escucha el ruido de las demas habitaciones el techo es de unisel y pedazos de madera (No es una cabaña como tal) por lo lo menos no en las habitaciones de abajo, el wifi es pesimo, me desconectaba cada rato y me limitaba el acceso, la Tv por cable es una farsa, lo reporte a recepcion y tranquilamente me contestaran "En los cuartos de abajo solo hay un canal" que por cierto dure 4 dias en el hotel y solo vi 2 veces a las personas en recepcion y fueron personas diferentes, nunca hay nadie. No es lo que ofrecen yo no lo recomendaria.

el lugar estaba en buenas condiciones, solo que el lugar esta un poco lejos del centro y en la noche esta muy oscuro y solo para regresar caminando, el primer día no alcanzo el agua caliente porque comentaron y solo se pudo bañar con agua caliente uno de los 3 huéspedes de nuestra habitación y el clima era muuuuuy frío, otro inconveniente fue que no hubo luz eléctrica un día pero al parecer eso fue problema de todo el pueblo, el personal fue muy amable y accesible todo el tiempo y ahi mismo nos contactaron con alguien para realizar tours lo cual fue bastante útil

El hotel es barato y quizá por ello cuando fui: no servía la calefacción, el w.c estaba tapado, la televisIon no servia, me hacía falta una toalla y no había nadie en la recepción a las 6 pm para resolver la situación. Llame por teléfono y prometieron llegar inmediatamente, se tardaron 2 hrs en llegar y la perosna que llego se comportó de una manera grosera diciendo que no podía llegar antes. Además que se escuchan todas las conversaciones de los huéspedes de los costados y está muy lejos del centro, caminando serian unos 15-20 minutos aproximadamente. Así que mejor me salí del hotel.

Esta un poco complicado para llegar al centro, las calles oscuras, por ese precio te puedes quedar en el centro. La regadera sin cortina y el resumidero tapado. La limpieza pésima
