"Hotel ok bit far out but near bus stop for direct route into town. Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly "

They also didn't mention the VIP perk until asked, and only provide one glass for each room after delivering the VIP perk (a bottle of wine). Bottled water was listed as complementary but never replaced. Overall you get what you paid for but not much of the hospitality. "

"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "
