Amazing Location but very dated hotel

The hotel location is excellent but the rooms are very dated and there is some renovation ongoing making it quite noisy. The appliances in the room did not work but they put in the effort to rectify the situation. Only stay here for the location as it isn't overall comparable to other NH hotel branches.

the hotel is perfectly situated in the Serrano area, close to metro's, the retiro, and dozens of good hotels and bars. The room was very clean, check in was easy and they let me in a few hours before which was great as I had flown overseas and I had a meeting with clients. I did not try the restaurant or other amenities but I liked the hotel.
