Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to the Prado and Atocha station. We had a hot water issue when we checked in that was dealt with immediately, and the management (Pablo & Gaston) went above and beyond to make it up for us. I’d gladly stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

In few words this place is amazing. Excellent location, spectacular service and very close to the best places to eat in Madrid and the most iconic historic and architecture places in Madrid. Just be aware that the parking is limited..If you are planning to go please call them before to reserve a parking spot.

In an ideal location to walk to the major attractions of old Madrid. Surprisingly quiet. We found the staff to be exceedingly helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for another visit.

Almost boutique style hotel in the center of Madrid. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff in rooms and f&b. Airco outlet in room was really dirty/dusty and not cleaned in some time. Rest of the room was in prefect condition. Would revisit.

A great location! You can walk and walk and walk. And you can party all night and walk back safely. Close to anything and everything. After staying in other Spanish cities, we found this room to be a little dark and somewhat sad. But it has that cool sexy vibe if you like to keep a low profile. Small window.

The Radisson Blu is conveniently located to museums, restaurants, shopping and main train station yet quiet and safe. Staff are very well trained and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and well kept.

Good location

The room was modern with nice amenities. There is a food/bar courtyard below the window: when I closed the doors, the room was quiet. Desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast selections were diverse. The location was great for El Prado and the gardens. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great Vacation Spot

The Hotel's Staff was amazing. After a long flight from the U.S. it was nice to be greeted with kindness and professionalism. I traveled with my sister and mother and we added the breakfast to our package. Which again, was amazing. My mother who was on crutches could not walk up the stairs and immediately the front desk representative took her to the staff elevator to accommodate her. The hotel location was perfect to all bus transportation and taxis.

Our experience at the Radisson Blu hotel was absolutely incredible! Arriving early for check-in, we were met with the most wonderful surprise thanks to Francisco's exceptional service. He not only checked us in well before the official time but also treated us to an incredible room upgrade. This early check-in truly transformed our stay in Madrid into something delightfully pleasant. It left us feeling completely refreshed, allowing us to eagerly embark on an evening of city exploration. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The top-notch rooms and the genuinely friendly staff added an extra layer of joy to our journey. Huge thanks to Francisco and the entire team for making our time there so fantastic!

Radisson Blu Madrid is very well located to museums, shops and restaurants as well as the train station. On the positive side, rooms although small are well appointed; breakfast is excellent including many healthy options. On the negative side, there is limited sitting space outside the restaurant; common areas could be cleaner and better kept as well as bathrooms and elevators; one of the elevators malfunctioned at least on two separate days and we had no hot water over a period of 10-12 hours; I used the stairs on a daily basis and found that carpeting was never vacuumed over a week and half period. I would recommend more attention to cleanliness of these spaces on an ongoing basis.
