Room was great but the bathroom and the corridors always had a bad smell (like toilet smell). Does not help that the vents in bathrooms are all broken and don’t work. Also the one in the shower does not work. The bathroom door stays closed automatically so no air flow in there. And you can’t leave it open either. The breakfast was good (only got it on my 1st morning). I had issues with my card key which I had to go down to reception 3 times, since it did not work. No big deal since there is someone there 24/7. There is a great Peruvian restaurant 5 min down the street which was great. There is also a McDonald about 15min walk. The metro station is less than 5 min walk. So location was pretty good. Only €10 euros for an Uber to airport (which is the reason I book this place) since I had to be at airport at 4am. I would stay here again.

Parking is safe, next to metro station ( only 3 mins by walk). Clean room. No air conditioning ( in 25/26 temperature it was still set to winter hot air) and in the surrounding there is construction thats why it was noisy to open the windows Towels were not cleaned as well.

room, toilets and bathroom were clean with towels. clean beds and pillow. Staff speaks English well. Family friendly environment with plenty varieties of breakfast available. Hot water available 24/7 at the reception. Lift is small but perfect for 4 persons. Free luggage storage services available on the other side of car park. near to metro station and so many local restaurants nearby available. There is also a big grocery store nearby in 5 minutes walking. But, the aircondition doesnt work. its operated from the reception and was switched off. It was cold so we never needed aircon.

Great to travel on a budget..clean, updated and great location with Suanzes Metro Station just steps away as well as bus stops that will connect you to all of Madrid. Keep in mind your needs and the length of your stay since rooms don’t have a closet or any storage space, no fridge and eventhough you have a private bathroom in your room, every part is separated, the bathroom sink is not enclosed, it is in the room and when you open the shower door you are in the room as well, the only private part of the bathroom is the toilet. This might be important if your are sharing a room with someone other that your partner of direct family.

Good, clean room, very good breakfast. It is a good value hotel if you don't mind a 45 min subway ride ( with a change of lines) to get to the Center Madrid to major attractions. The consolation is that the station is a very short walk from the hotel and, the subway in Madrid is safe, clean , precise and very civilized.

Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. Cons: This is a VERY bare bones hotel and my rate was not quite "budget" low compared to other places I stayed in Madrid during the same week. Overall, it felt like staying in a dormitory. There was no hairdryer and only a shampoo/body wash combo for the shower and sink. Breakfast/coffee were not included in my room and water wasn't provided either. There was also no safe for storage and no extra lock on the door - it felt like someone could easily break into the room.
