Cause for concern. Definitely overrated. The staff are a hit an miss . Lack passion and Customer Services. The location was good. Breakfast not that good restaurant takes ages and food taste not upto scratch . There was plenty of unfinished meals overall Definitely a 3 Star . My room had cracked tile in the bathroom ( Dangerous ) no warnings at no stage . Big damage on the floor ( Dangerous ) and the jacuzzi was a no no condensation on windows not nice wouldn't use waste of money . . These things should be labelled or notified once assigned the room .Will i go back 50/50 it needs better organisation . No point Offering Services that you have to keep going down to reception not practical . A manager needs to be onsite to provide paying customer a service ! Improvement required . Manger must be email so don't expect nothing to be done in a reasonable amount of time .

It was such a surprise to my whole family when i walked in to a motel like environment , outdated hallways that resembles scary movies and mold in their bathroom and showers ! We spent a four nights in Madrid at hotel Opera. The staff were friendly and it is location is ideal for seeing the sights and going for a meal. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were a good standard. I would gladly recommend this hotel!
