Wonderful pool area, gym and sauna amenities. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Overall a very good hotel. Only gripe was the bed. Hard spring mattress.

It was a very good hotel that was cheap, the room and the doublebed was really good, the staff was proffesional and helpful. The only bad thing was the restaurant, better to eat outside of the hotel, breakfast was ok!

well the property was very Nice and clean the team who works there at front desk they very professional, need to work on Greeting customer and smiling, breakfast was very Good room very nice and clean, I love this hotel I will go back and recommend other people as well. I left with a good impression, the best in this Hotel it was a Spa Massage with Roxana she was very professional and her work was very nice, thank you

Smallest room I have ever slept in a hotel, Smallest bed I have ever slept on, terribly hot inside the room, suggestion was to keep the windows open (couldn’t keep open for long time due to terrible noise, weird pillows, smallest shower. I need my money back and you must drop this hostel (yes, that’s right, I call it a hostel). Pros is it looks nice from the outside and inside except once you entered into the room.

When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception was very rude and said we are totally booking no extension. So very bad experience with this hotel, we will never return because of the above experience. I'm not recommend this hotel

Habitaciones descuidadas.

La recepción es bonita y un poco moderna, pero las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, habían manchas en una pared bastante raras… la base tapizada de la cama estaba en rota en algunas partes y sentías como se deformaba el colchón , la verdad que no repetiría en este hotel.

El hotel nos gustó. Esta un poco lejo del centro y no es muy comodo si no ti enes coche porque hasta metro hay que caminar 15 minutos. El hotel y habitacion estaban limpios, servicio de recepcion era bueno, y precio muy bueno comparsndo con otros alojamientos

Hotel bom porém de difícil acesso, para quem vai utilizar transporte público,não há metrô por perto, os ônibus, passam em avenida a 0,5 km, o melhor acesso é por taxi, região com poucos bares e restaurantes, nas proximidades.
