Madrid’s majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel’s front desk staff is highly professional and friendly. Located on a side street off Gran Via, it’s convenient for calling a taxi or booking a ride-share car.

Just a few steps from the Gran Via with a bus stop directly across the street and Metro Callao station a 5-minute walk. Fantastic location for access, shopping, dining. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy on the eyes as well.

Worth coming back to.

The staff was really helpful and super friendly. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was also very good. The rooftop including the bar and the pool area was also great.

Nice location in a central area. Waking dictance from Pdado, Retiro park, shoppig awerywhere around, plenty all kind of eateries. We didn't use transport, everything was around. Friendly, professional staff. good breakfast ( was included). Hihgly recommend!

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana. There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

An impressive city and hotel with great potential

There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same. 1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have. 2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately. 3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked. There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

Holiday week

Hotel location was perfect, walking distance to main places. Room perfect size and in good condition. Only problem was soundproofing in the room. It was very poor and the neighbor noise came out very clearly. Breakfast was great and personnel was polite.

The location is amazing, in middle of everything, restaurant, transport, u can walk to some sightseeing… although it’s next to a “abandoned” building which doesn’t give it a Gud appearance.? The room was a bit small, wid ugly views. The shower door didn’t close causing the bathroom to flood. It has a small, too crowded for me, bar upstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel.,

I had an average experience at the hotel. One of the lifts was out of service and the other one had a massive waiting time. We were on 7th floor but most of the times we had to take the stairs. Another issue was the walls were too thin. We could hear the room next door brushing their teeth, drying hair, having shower. Not sure if that was because we were put in an Interconnecting room. Other than that everything was good, staff were very friendly and room was clean.
