We had a wonderful stay at Home Art Apartments! The location was excellent; lovely neighbourhood and close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, metro and bus stops. The apartment had everything that we needed and we greatly appreciated the coffee pods, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods. Appreciated having the elevator and the air conditioning was great to return to after a day in the extreme heat! Will definitely stay again when returning to Madrid!

The property seemed to me in good condition and very close to the subway, restaurants, and markets in case you need to buy something. All the electrical equipment works without any problem. I can't say anything about the staff's attention because there was no one to greet us.

I wouldn't book a room on the ground floor. Passing people can look on your bed, no sheers and when the curtain are closed you will sit in complete darkness in your room. Staff is practically not there. They cannot provide the most minimal service (storing your luggage for an hour). You have an oversized Smeg fridge, if you are interested. It would be good to exchange the cold light bulbs into something warmer & sheer curtains. Everything else is practical and clean. So it is probably nicer to book a apartment in the upper floors.

Place was clean and roomy for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was in a good location. Only complaint was that we were on street side one level below street so we could hear people walking and talking late and the trash being picked up every night.

Property was nice and clean. About a 45 minute walk to most of the main sights. If you prefer a quieter neighborhood away from the touristy spots, then this is a good spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby so location is ok.

The staff was excellent—attentive and helpful—and the Salamanca location is ideal, with everything nearby. However, the apartment didn’t match the photos, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities (toilet paper, hand soap) were missing. We arrived to a broom left in the middle of the apartment, which stayed there all week. The furniture was outdated, curtains unattractive, and the space felt cramped. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay again; I’d look for better options in Salamanca.

It is very close to metro and grocery stores. I advise you to bring some earplugs in case you get a room that faces the street. The trash pickup is done about 2 am. The trucks are loud. The food delivery guys hang out across the street and they are loud. Note the time that the reception desk is staffed. If you need anything they are very helpful when they are on duty. Negotiate when your room will be cleaned and where to leave your trash. Great bakery 2 door down to right.

Booked as a 1 bedroom BUT the room was only separate by a glass partition. The kitchen didn't have any cutlery. The shower door was difficult to close properly because they was no inside handle. The road was very noisy all through the night (putting bins out, deliveries, people talking) We appreciated the closeness of the transport, shops, supermarket and restaurants.
