The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of landmarks, but removed from the hustle of downtown Madrid. It is quiet and safe. I loved the people who work in the hotel, they were caring and friendly.

Great location with easy access to airport via the nearby metro, as well as the city via lines 4 and 5. Hotel was very clean , in a smart although quiet area. Quirky cinema themed rooms were fun and the bed very comfy! Great option for a wonderful city stay

This is probably my favourite hotel in Madrid. This time we had The Godfather room but all of them are beautiful and unique. The staff at the reception are extremely professional and helpful

Wonderful surprise!

I was not expecting to have such a great experience with this hotel! Super comfortable bed, incredible AC, great location and surprisingly amazing bar/restaurant. Great!!!

Remote hotel staffed by good people

Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel
