A really good stay overall, very communicative the entire way and the place had a great kitchen with very close supermarket so I was able to cook a lot of food myself instead of needing to eat out for every meal. It is very close to lots of things to see, even though it is very close to the metro I opted to walk most places.

Great location in a safe quiet neighborhood close to bakery, mercado and grocery store. Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Good communication with the hosts. Very clean and spacious apartment near local metro line 3, buses. Can walk to some landmarks. Area is quiet and safe. Bldg is across the street from supermarket. There's a cafe bakery under the bldg and many other eatery venues nearby. Totally recommend Bob W Arte and would definitely stay again when in Madrid.

Our family had a great time in Madrid and this place was close to everything. Walk or jump on the public transportation, you can anywhere in minutes.
