The propertt is right in the terminal T4, so it is good for people who want to stay in the airport to catch a flight the next day. Neat and clean, very helpful person at the front desk. The rooms are small, but does the job for one night.

5 stars for convenience, 1 star for comfort due to the location of the hotel directly over the train station. The noise from the trains shook the entire room. In addition to the train noise, no carpeting in the halls so patrons noisy foot falls meant having to wear ear plugs to sleep. The rooms are windowless which means you don't want to spend any time there other than for sleeping. TV was very small and inconvenient to view from the bed only. Next time, I would stay at Only You near Atocha station and catch the Cercania to the airport. Very limited restaurant facilities in the airport serving sandwiches and pizzas only.

The staff was very helpful - a flight was cancelled and as they were fully booked they called a nearby hotel with shuttle service to make a reservation.

Perfect place for my husband and me for a convenient overnight in terminal for flying Iberia airlines. It felt very safe and was quiet. Very clean. Enjoyed a lovely bed and hot shower. Nice continental breakfast to get us going. Will definitely stay again if I have to pass through Madrid airport.
