"An absolutely sensational hotel. Firstly I have to say all the staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly always. The attention to detail is unbelievable considering how many guests they have to look after. The ability to nip in and out of the waterpark at your leisure is a game changer because you can try and avoid the busiest times. Hotel guests also get to go in a bit earlier than general opening so there are very limited queues for the first hour or so and we took full advantage of that. All in all an amazing stay in a wonderful hotel. "

"Had a great stay. Very nice rooms and great service. I had a wait at check-in as the room was not ready after speaking with them prior to areival.. only suggestion would that they convert concierge desk into check-in counter or add check-in counters during peak hours. "
