Booked this hotel for one night, walking distance to the train station. We arrived @ 11:00am and to our surprise the room was ready, so that was a plus! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, spacious bathroom and they kept our luggage for the day after check out. Front desk staff was very polite. We were very pleased with this hotel!

This hotel is a short walk from Atocha train station. Which is convenient for train travel. It was a very short walk from Reina Sophia, which is lovely and Reto Park. The center of town is a little far and required either taxis or public transportation. There’s a metro stop near the Reina Sophia that we used to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it.

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel was exactly what we required for a weekend in Madrid. An excellent location to sight see and from the money we walked in the staff were all very friendly. Rocio on reception checked us in quickly when we arrived and dealt with any questions efficiently. She is an asset to the hotel.

A Great Hotel for Your Madrid Stay

We chose this hotel because it was close to Atocha Station and we had planned a few train trips in and out. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and even though we could speak Spanish, their English was perfect. Highly recommended!

The room was good and the staff very helpful. charging a flat 25 euros for breakfast is unacceptable when all we want is coffee and a roll or an egg. It is rather close to the Prado but the neighborhood had few restaurants or cafes and people sleeping on the sidewalk. An area of heavy traffic and little charm. Very close to the Reina Sofia and Atocha Station. Again the staff are very helpful and the room clean and well equipped.

The room was very clean. It was spacious as well. They also gave 1 complimentary water in the fridge which was kinda weird since they knew there were 2 people staying. It was like 5 min walk to the train station and perhaps a 15 min walk to atocha station. I as kinda slow so probably took longer for me. There were a couple of groceries and restaurants near the hotel as well. Overall it was okay.

Nice rooms, staff, amenities, and convenient

I stayed in a newly renovated 7th floor room with a private terrace with views of Madrid and an outdoor shower, table with chairs and umbrella/sun shade. The room was great. It had an ironing board with iron, mini-fridge, spa tub, tea kettle, views from the bathroom and bedroom, external shutters for light blocking and as an extra barrier against street noise—however, noise was never a problem. I slept super-well. The 7th floor is the top floor so you also needn’t worry about noise from above. This was my third or four stay at this hotel. In the past, I always asked for an interior room facing away from the street, as I am a light sleeper and noise sensitive, but this room was way better. I love the location of this hotel. It’s convenient and in the heart of things but on a not-too-busy street. It’s an easy 7-minute walk from Atocha train station, a few minutes walk to the metro, a few minutes walk to the Reina Sofia Art Museum, which always my first stop in Madrid (so I can visit Picasso’s painting, “Guernica”). It’s close to restaurants, ATMs, cafes, the Prado and Retiro Park. A well-stocked Corte Ingles Super Cor mini-mart is just steps down the block, if you desire snacks, a fine wine, or ready made salad. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. If English is your only language, don’t worry, they’re perfectly fluent. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very nice. We are a family of 5 and reserved 3 rooms. Every room was very clean. Staff was nice. The only drawback was the small lobby with no seating area. Did not get the breakfast option so cannot rate on that. The neighborhood outside is extremely dirty. Walking around became difficult because of all the poop on the ground. Inside the hotel is very nice.
