The Space:
This is a small two bedroom house built on a slab. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a large sliding door closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a smaller closet and dresser. The living room has a sectional sleeper sofa, a captains chair, and two work desks. The kitchen/dining area has a gas stove, dishwasher and seating for four. The mechanical storage area has a washer and dryer, furnace and shelving for extra storage.
There is a door out the back but the backyard is very small.

You have access to the entire house and it is all yours.

-Located in a quiet subdivision on the near West Side of Madison.
-2.5 Miles to UW Hospital, the VA, and the Children's Hospital.
-3.8 Miles to the UW School of Business
-1 mile to Hilldale Shopping Center that has shopping, food, and a movie theatre.
-5 Miles to the Capitol.
Getting Around:
-The closest Metro Bus stop is about a 2 minute walk from the house and it will take you to almost anywhere in the city.
-There are parking spots right outside the house for your vehicle.
