The landscape is lush and green, and many local gardens are in full bloom. This period is particularly good for couples who enjoy scenic walks and al fresco dining.Early autumn brings cooler, crisp air, with temperatures usually between 10°C and 18°C (50°F to 65°F), and the stunning display of changing leaf colours. This is a fantastic time for families to visit, as many farms offer pumpkin picking and corn mazes, and the Regent Apple Festival typically takes place in late September. The fewer crowds also mean a more relaxed experience at popular attractions. While summer (July-August) is also popular, with warmer weather superb for watersports, it tends to be the busiest and most expensive time to visit.
