"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. "The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind. This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant."
