"Spent one night here with my family. The property and hoists excided my expectations. On arrival we were meet by the hoist who showed us around. We were fortunate, to be able to book all 3 rooms. They were super clean, environmentally friendly, very comfortable and quite. The lounge was large with a conservatory. There was a fridge in the hallway with a supple of fresh milk and fresh water for us to use. There was a variety of tea and coffee to make in the room and extra in the hallway, if...

"We only stayed one night in a standard double room. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed, hairdryer, iron/board storage. Tea/coffee TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The small bar area was lovely. Lots of lamps, jewellery by local artists for sale, not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Katie on the front desk went out of her way to help us re parking and answering our questions re area. If...

"Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced....
