"Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again. "

"I have stayed at this resort many times and it always serves me well. Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. As for the rooms, they are spacious, nicely decorated and furnished to high standards with full AC and blacked out curtains, the restaurant is lovely and the bar and adjoining garden area where you can also eat is well manicured and has a fantastic vista. You will not be disappointed and the vfm is incredible."
