"Room was very clean,staff very good,excellent choice of beers and soft drinks at the bar,Would definately stay again. Would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately there was a problem as there was no food on offer, due to a problem.However there was plenty of places to eat within walking distance.just to say they normally do serve food, and there is plenty of entertainment.plenty of parking space in car park, which is free for guests."

"The propety was lovely we had our own garden to chill and sunbath the dog had a lot of space to explore and try to bury her biscuits we were close to the places we wanted to visit,donkey sanctuary,sutton on ses beach,the lovely icecream at browns dairy farm homemade ice cream and the observitary at chapel st leonards the weather was fantastic."
