The Lakes Escape Haven Golden Sands Mablethorpe

  • The most sought-after location on the park for guests wanting a quieter, more spacious setting. Set by the lakes with an open field behind, it’s ideal for a calming coastal break where you can truly unwind.

    Sleeps up to 6:
    2 bedrooms:
    1 double bedroom
    1 twin bedroom (two single beds) and a pull out Double sofa bed in the lounge.
    2 bathrooms:
    Ensuite to the double bedroom (toilet + sink)
    Separate bathroom (toilet + sink + walk-in shower)

    Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and kettle 

    Living area: sofa after with TV and fire and a seperate space for dining

    Outside has a secure wrap around decking and seating to enjoy the lakeside setting, perfect for outdoor socialising and soaking up the sun 

    Private parking space right next to the property.

    Freshly made beds, hand soaps, Cleaning supplies/ tea towel,  Tea, Coffee & Sugar are  complimentary (subject to availability - guests are asked to kindly replenish if they use significant amounts to respect the next guests arriving)

    Dog friendly: £25 per dog we kindly ask that they are well behaved and up to date with routine flea and worming treatments prior to arrival. No cats sorry 

    House rules Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 10:00am No smoking and no shoes in carpeted areas/ bedrooms.
