"We had such a lovely weekend at the Old Bell Hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly which definitely made our stay. The property itself is very uniquely decorated and had so much character and charm. The staff accommodated our every need and our room (we booked a junior master) was spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "Pleasant good sized room with ensuite and comfy bed. Downstairs the bar area looked welcoming and seemed very popular. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't serve breakfast but the Summer Cafe across the road was excellent. The hotel is located in the middle of Malmesbury so well positioned for exploring this delightful little town. It was also convenient for us to visit family who lived locally."

"Great property with loads of space - lovely and clean (especially needing, towels and bathrooms). Would be even better if kitchen had more equipment/number of cups and bowls to cater for a group of 6. Also, the single bedroom without any curtain or blind, lightbulbs with no lamps and no locks on bathrooms made it feel a little unfinished. But overall a great property and good communication from owner/jost "
