"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"
"Easy access to all our destinations but the hotel was excellent staff absolutely great and helpful and extremely polite on my next visit to cotswolds and Swindon i know we will be staying there again "
"We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all"
"Exceptional B&B in Beautiful English Countryside
We were looking for a scenic place to rest up after our overnight flight to the UK from the USA and found this amazing place.
Located in a beautiful, rural area with plenty to see and experience nearby. The property is stunning and very well-maintained.
John and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. Warm, genuinely friendly, accommodating, and fascinating in their own life experiences. It's not every day that you get to meet an Olympic medalist!

We booked for a weekday night and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and made everything clear from the moment we arrived.
Upon entering our room, we were instantly impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully presented accommodation. It featured a large bathroom, a big TV, a kettle, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed. We even had a stunning view from our large open window overlooking the front car park (a lovely car park!).
Breakfast was included the next morning and it was absolutely delicious. The team was very accommodating of my wife's dietary requirements, reassuring us about the gluten-free options and putting us completely at ease.
The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, greeting us with calmness and big smiles.
A big thank you to the pub manager for all her help.
We highly recommend this spot for a relaxing night away or a few days’ holiday. We’ll absolutely be booking another visit soon!"
Cosy Cotswold cottage a short walk from cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants
10/10 Excellent
"Myself, husband and our two teenagers had a good stay at the cottage. The condition of the place is excellent. All beds were comfortable. Great living room/dining room layout, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen size perfect, great for preparing meals in, everything you could need. Outside patio very nice for breakfasting in the sunshine! This is our second stay in the property and we'd heartily recommend it."
