Rooms were clean and fairly large. No sign of anyone smoking or anything like that in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Not sure usual dried up eggs and potatoes. Even the coffee was very good!

Absolutely amazing hotel, rooms are great, manager is wonderful, very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Best breakfast so far this trip.

This Best Western location might be the worst hotel I've ever had. The room smelled like body odor and pot and the smell never went away. The floor we were on was a non smoking floor and it smelled like both cigarette and weed smoke for our entire weekend visit. The room was also very dirty- with food and stains on the floor. I felt dirty bring there and could not wait for the weekend to be over. The food for breakfast was also absolutely disgusting. The only redeeming quality is that the people who worked there we friendly. Do not stay here.

The facility was nice. It could be a little cleaner in the common areas, but overall it was great. The housekeeping staff were very kind and made sure to keep our garbage emptied and towels stocked for our stay. All of the staff that we interacted with were very kind and personable. The suite we stayed in was stuffy in the living room as there is no air conditioner or mini split to help with the heat and stuffiness. I would suggest looking into this as we had to keep the bedroom air conditioner set very low to keep the living room comfortable.

Convenient location. Check in staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated, the sofa pull out bed was in very poor condition and floor molding trim was pulled off the wall in one area and sticking out.

Elevator broke. I have a disabled son and we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs for a day. That was awful. Breakfast is decent. Bar is never open. Room was not what was pictured. Living room is tiny

Hotel was clean and safe! People were polite and friendly. Far enough from main road that it was not to noisy, but close enough to be convenient. Would have got 4 stars but the bed was uncomfortable and coffee needs improvement!

We're in town for a wedding facility was in a great location for us and not to far from downtown. I'm happy to share that staff was wonderful to us. I just wished it wasn't that hot in the swimming pool room.

Breakfast needs an improvement, while there was a nice selection, nothing was HOT(lukewarm at best), and the biscuits and hash browns were hard and inedible, The pancake machine had an out of order sign on it as well.

Good minus the breakfast

Stayed a single night for a local bowling tournament that occurs every year. Picked this hotel over others due to their distance from the ally and having breakfast. Sunday breakfast was labeled as 7a-10a, made our way down before 9 only to find most things already gone due to a baseball team also staying. Managed to get some sort of omelette thing and yogurt and in the 30 mins we took to eat, nothing was refilled. The room was ok but really bummed over not getting the full options of the breakfast.

We booked a room for the indoor pool for our kids to enjoy. After booking and arriving we found pool was closed due to chemical machine broke.. they said we would get some money refunded.. checked out the 10th, of December. Today is the 27th. Havent seen refund.. we did book through expidea.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom had only one bulb working and the wall fan looked dirty and was very noisy. There are only ice machines on the odd floors. When I got off the elevator I expected a sign pointing me in the machine’s direction. But there was not and when I found it there was no ice. I was told it has a timer that sometimes just cuts it off. The pleasant clerk at the front desk said she would go and fix it. But the bed was comfortable and breakfast is pretty good.
