"Hotel very clean great location beside the beach food & breakfast excellent, staff very friendly & helpful with the only acception being the lady at check in i requested a taxi booking & she just gave me out a number which I had no luck with , generally a person on reception would make the call & arrange a taxi booking for their guests, otherwise great hotel brilliant location"

"We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary’s property in Lyme Regis. The estate grounds are beautiful and very well kept, with charming historic architecture, lovely greenery, and peaceful walks with glimpses of the sea. The property was exactly as described, the amenities were all as listed, and parking was easy and convenient. Rosemary was communicative throughout and responded quickly to any questions. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend it to others."
