"Charming bed and breakfast style hotel only 4 minutes to downtown Lyme Regis by car. The property: My kids LOVED the pool and the huge flat green lawn to run and play on. The building and grounds were clean and comfortable. The room: Our family of five stayed together in one large room at a reasonable price. Food: We got takeout for dinner and a.nd ate it on the back deck. The property has a bar, so we were able to buy a beer and wine to enjoy with dinner and by the pool. Breakfast was in a charming dining room and everything was delicious. Family friendly: They have a cot and bedding for babies/toddlers, as well as a high chair for the dining room. The owners/staff: Super friendly and helpful yet non-obtrusive. If you need anything you just ring a buzzer and they come out to help. I would LOVE to stay here again. It's a gem."

"Great location at the quieter end of Lyme right next to the Cobb, harbour and beach. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and hardworking. The food was good too. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy with a pint overlooking the harbour."

"Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front"

"We had a lovely week at Rousdon! The estate is very picturesque and peaceful, with some lovely walks. The house is in the old stable courtyard, and had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We found it very conveniently located for Lyme Regis, and the wider Jurassic coast. We would very much recommend it!Note: as of April 2025 the private beach is inaccessible, but you can still walk down to join the coastal path,"
