Beds firm and pillows comfy, and plenty of space on the bunk for our two. Breakfast was plentiful if a basic offer. The major issue was that our family room was positioned right above the entranceway which has a door which bangs VERY loudly. It kept us up and awake until I took the decision to prop the door open...
