Mon séjour c’est bien passé, par contre je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que vous ayez fait le prélèvement avant mon arrivée à l’hôtel. Lorsque j’ai sollicité vos services, il m’a été proposé un paiement sur place pour lequel j’ai opter à ma surprise lorsque je suis arrivé à l’hôtel on m’a dit que le paiement était déjà effectué ce qui fait que je n’ai pas de reçu de carte bleue.

Je n'y retournerai pas

Je ,n'ai pas du tout apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel ; je me suis retrouvée dans une toute petite chambre , tellement petite qu'en dehors du bureau il n'y avait pas la place pour ma valise ; de plus j'étais juste à côté de la rue , donc à partir de 6 h du matin je ne pouvais plus dormir à cause de la circulation automobile; pour terminer ma poubelle n'était pas vidée ( merci pour les cotons tiges et cotons de démaquillage usagés ). Ce serait bien de mettre des lumières supplémentaires , c'est assez sombre . Le petit déjeuner rattrape un peu la nuit , il est varié mais ce serait mieux de ne pas couper la baguette trop en avance et de mettre des fruits coupés ou en salade ; il n'y avait que des pommes qui n'avaient pas l'air terrible

Chambre agréable et au calme, très propre. Au vu du manque de restaurants aux alentours, ce serait judicieux de prévoir des plateaux repas le soir…. Bravo d’avoir pensé à baisser le socle du pommeau de douche qui est enfin adapté pour les personnes de petite taille

Not quite good enough to return

This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good. Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). The room was pocket-sized but reasonable for the price, and had an openable window. The room heating could be controlled but, unfortunately, turning it right down did not prevent the room getting uncomfortably hot once the window was closed, due to over-heating in adjacent areas. Soundproofing was very good against street noise but very poor against echoing corridor noises - walking, talking and especially the slamming of heavy self-closing doors by other guests - both late at night and early in the morning. Oddly, there was no hand-soap provided in the bathroom but luckily we could reach into the shower to use the gel dispenser there.
