Beautiful spot on a bay in a tiny village. The room had a gorgeous view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they gave us parking permit which was very helpful
Our stay was amazing and we plan to return! The Resort offers clean, comfortable accommodations at an affordable rate. The atmosphere at the 101 Bar + Grill is relaxed and friendly, with several craft beer selections on tap, excellent cocktails, great menu -- everything was fresh and delicious. The staff are exceptional, from Rich who greeted us upon our arrival to Crystal and the entire crew at the pub, thank you for the incredible service.
Great location right on the water in the tiny village of Lund. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I called for a late check in because the ferry from Comox was late and Rich told us he gave me instructions and his cell phone number if I had any problems. Dining room staff and room cleaner was also very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but perfectly adequate. Lots of free parking.
Great spot to set off on our Desolation sound paddle. Attentive staff, clean and comfortable sheets, bathrrom, etc. Fridge, coffee and kettle all appreciated. The walls are very thin as it's a heritage building but otherwise all good.
Some decent updates to this old historic Lund hotel. Small, simple room with good amenities including TV, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, and great coffee. The bathroom could use a little more updating but it was fine. I wish there was a continental breakfast included. The staff are friendly, super helpful and want you to enjoy your stay in Lund. I highly recommend the food at the hotel pub for lunch and dinner. I had the sockeye salmon burger with fries and it was excellent! Would stay again.
Staff were great and super helpful. Our bed was spotless and super comfortable. The only issue we had was when we took our shoes off in the room, our feet became instantly black. I think it’s because the dirty deck outside gets trekked into the rooms. Very comfortable stay!
We booked one of the larger rooms with harbour and ocean views. It was comfortable and adequate. There were several things that needed repair and it was obvious that maintenance was not a high priority. We believed when making the booking that the hotel had a restaurant that served three meals a day. The restaurant/pub was not open for breakfast and the room had no facilities to make a breakfast but did have a espresso machine, so no full cup of coffee before heading out to find breakfast. Staff was pleasant but left us with the impression we were an inconvenience.
We stayed on Labour Day long weekend.
The size of the room was adequate. Small tv, but it had Roku. Nice Lavazza coffee machine - my favorite coffee! The Kingsize bed was nice & soft.
Parking was difficult, lots of people launching boats and vehicles parked all up & down the road, from the water right up the hill. There was 2 spots right in front - but only for check-in.
Room decor was great. Cleaning was not so great, nice hardwood floor was dirty & crackers & crumbs left on moulding near coffee maker. As other reviews had mentioned - the walls are kinda thin & we heard a couple from rooms away having some quality time together.
The room was good enough for our one night stay, I wanted to book the executive suite but it was unavailable.
The balcony was awesome with a great view of the ocean!
We arrived late and check in was easy! The heat was turned on in our room and the room was clean and well supplied!

We were pretty disappointed in our stay here. It looked nice in the photos. The room was a bit run down, with a hole in the drywall and a non functioning deadbolt. The curtains weren't large enough to cover the full window and the floors were very dirty. There was a stain on one of the sheets, which we unfortunately didn't notice until the last night. The bathroom fan also didn't seem to work. 1 of the 2 mattresses was decent. The redeeming feature was the beautiful view of the water. Overall, not good value for what you pay, with features equivalent to a cheap motel. A little bit could go a long way here, including using a vacuum between guests and ensuring sheets don't have stains...
