"You really should be able to give listings zero stars on Expedia because this place deserves it. We booked this understanding that it’s a cheaper choice and weren’t expecting anything fancy. But you still expect cleanliness. From the listing pictures it looked like a typical cheaper hotel but looked clean and well maintained. That was not the case. The front lobby was clean and presentable but once we made our way down the hallway towards the rooms that quickly changed. There was a giant pile of dirt at the front door of our room, dirt and hair all over the floor of the room to the point we had to ask a housekeeper to come vacuum before we got settled, splash marks of who knows what on the walls, the ac unit sounded like it was fighting for its life and the vent was caked in dust, the outdoor “grassy” area was over grown and basically a dandelion forest, the curtains had holes and felt crusty, there was people clearly living in the hotel with their cats wandering around up to your door, and the final straw was the floor fan covered in dust and what one can only hope was moisturizer. We ended up leaving and getting a room down the road for a similar price a night and it felt like we’d gotten upgraded to the Ritz."

"Excellent stay. Not 100% ideal for mobility challenged due to the property being on a hill but ok as long as you know. Very nice and clean with comfy beds. Will stay again. "

"I was given room 129 which was the very last room in the building .. the room was next to an air conditioning unit or a furnace … the whole room vibrated…at 11:30 I had to change rooms … had to pack up … the room was fine until the morning and the tv wouldn’t work.. had to dress so that a staff member could come to turn it on ….. I do believe I should have had some sort of compensation for the complete disruption to my trip ..Dorina Berno"

"Lots of cracks heads just a few feet from. Balcony doing drugs and could smell badly I said something they told me to go f myself cops came and told me they were homeless and to leave them alone nice"
