Bed and Breakfast in Vernon

"No free breakfast buffet available for grab-n-go situations. There is a full-service restaurant in the hotel that is independently owned and a Tim Hortons, Starbucks and other good coffee shops available within a short walking distance. There is a small casino within walking distance and it's also very close to a Canada Superstore. The rooms were nice. We couldn't figure out the TV offerings. The parking spaces are quite tight."

"When I arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t on. The remote wouldn’t work so I had to manually turn it on. The breakfast was good. Having real plates is really appreciated. All staff were friendly. "

"Our first night was terrible. Complained about no heat, but staff at desk said only to raise the thermostat to 27C. It did not work! For the second night again no heat. This time the lady at the desk came and adjusted the controls so we enjoyed a comfortable evening."
