"The parking was hard as the hotel was full and there was a conference there so there were local people there making it tough for hotel guests to find parking. That is my only complaint. "

"The kids had an absolute blast with the pool and water slide, its location is perfect with the super store across the street and many many restaurants with in walking distance. The only down side is, the cleanliness, it is clean but there was hair in the sink and gum pressed under the nightstand table. Also the housekeeper came in our room early morning then apologized for coming in the wrong room. Other than those 2 issues, they stay was great, and what you would expect from a Canadian hotel."

"Did a Vernon staycation with a friend visiting from out of town. Was so fantastic! The courtyard, pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommending staying here. "
