Everything was amazing. The only thing is that it’s hard to get a hold of that hotel. We missed our flight, and I wanted to call them to let them know we were still coming, but the next morning, no one picked up. I called multiple times at different hours, but there was no answer. When we got there, they said they gave someone our room and that they had booked it out. We had to go somewhere, but after a lot of back and forth, they gave us the room.

"Super cute property with a great vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a few beach clubs next door and it is walkable to downtown Playa.
