"The location of the hotel is perfect for strolling around La Condensa and Roma. The rooms are very clean. The roof top is a great place to unwind and enjoy some warm sun after a long morning of walking and exploring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"

"The apartment was as listed. The place was cleaned prior to our arrival and in very good condition. The highlight is definitely the location, as it is centrally located while still being in a quiet area, did not have any noise issues."

"The hotel ese cute felt like I was staying in England! However, there was an odd scent in the hallways by the rooms. Almost like an antique/ old church smell. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The beds were a little stiff but overall a good stay and was in a good location."

"Hotel Dama was exemplary from start to finish for our week-long visit to Mexico City. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the shower pleasant, and everything tastefully designed. The staff, including Karen, Santiago, and all others both at reception and at the rooftop, were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast each morning to start our day. The staff graciously stored our luggage and assisted us ahead of our red eye flight. I highly recommend Hotel Dama!"
